1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TestRelic's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TestRelic provides an AI-native analytics platform for QA teams to analyze test logs, predict failures, and auto-remediate issues across multiple testing frameworks.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use our services for competitive analysis or benchmarking

5. Data Ownership and License

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to your test data. By uploading data to TestRelic, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your data to provide our services.

5.2 Our IP

TestRelic retains all rights to our platform, software, algorithms, and AI models. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works.

6. Payment Terms

  • Free tier: No payment required, subject to usage limits
  • Pro tier: Billed monthly based on data ingestion (GB)
  • Enterprise tier: Custom pricing, billed according to your agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Level Agreement

  • Free tier: No uptime guarantee
  • Pro tier: 99.5% uptime SLA
  • Enterprise tier: 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for downtime

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked
  • Your data will be retained according to your plan's retention period
  • You may request data export within 30 days
  • Outstanding fees remain due

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTRELIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TestRelic harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
